1.
A: Banking 01:21
[This song is about the difficulty in deciding between whether to go to work and make money or stay at home and enjoy your life.] Walk into a bank. Everyone is sad. Want someone to thank, but everyone is mad. Why ever go to work when you could just stay home? (x2) Walk into a bank. Everyone is sad.
2.
[This song is about a butterfly's unbelievable metamorphosis.] Breakfast in the morning: toasted rye, eggs and yolk, butterfly-bright sky. Always water your... In the garden, vines grow big. Eternal summer, and personal spring. You should never feel impossible. You should never feel difficult. You probably think I'm a bum, for sure, for sure. Slept for 21 days. When I woke, I was shimmering, and I heard you say: I will grind my body to dust to become something beautiful. (x2)
3.
A: Freak 02:03
[This song is about an uncontrollable party.] Well, I try to keep my freaks on a leash, but no luck. They're all amped, and we can’t fall asleep in the AM. I know you need a seat. Let me see if I can feed your needs. Did you eat something pink? Well, I'm floating high, bye. Your mass appeal just seals the deal, feel like an elephant on fire. Long sweaty dance, your sweaty hands, that's an offer that I can't deny. I gambled on the land of borrowed smokes. I think you get my jokes. I'll keep dancing until they end the show, because you ought to know. You seem very well. Things look peaceful on your level. The freaks are off their leash. (x4)
4.
[This song is about an imaginary conversation.] Sweetie, can you help me open this pickle jar lid? It's being stubborn. You try once, but go again. I think you can win! Got a pickle for you: sour, dill, and kosher. Since you made them for us, you bite, and I bite, and then we are good. (x2) Hey, quick question now: if you could live anywhere, and I mean anywhere, where would you go? (x2) Wrote a poem for you: Patagonia has a rainbow colored: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. (x2)
5.
[This song is about camping.] I can wait outside your office. We'll take the bikes to the off-trail camp-site. I'll light the fire, while you dress the table. Starry night spent in nature. And sure the tent's perched by a cliff. Got to be sure that we don't slip, that we don't fall. Got to be sure with this kind of thing. The woods have got me wondering: I'm seeing nothing instead of something. The sky is blue and seems so open. All the birds and their exploring. Run asunder, hard blunder, you wonder, and god knows that I wonder too.

B: Woman 01:31
[This song is about women.] Set you up with some gin and ice. There's not much I wont sacrifice. lines in the bathroom, laying in the bedroom, bend down to that treasure chest. Ring my bell when I hear your voice. Coming to that turning point. Land on bingo, go to heaven. Hey look, I got to find some way. Can't leave you behind. Really respect your humor and sense and opposition to violence. Kicking off this party barge. I'm looking for the woman in charge. (x3)
7.
B: Bees 02:09
[This track is about the dwindling bee population and our potential apocalypse.] Chasm in space, heart wants a race. Circle the waist of a hip swinging for you. I know your kind, dethrone your behind. It's the crap of the pride that leaves the hive out to dry. I'm not like them. (x4) Answer your Q. Treat her like you. I foster a few, because I'm not like them. You crash, you burn, you live, you learn, you run, you squirm, and yet.... Once the pollinators are dead, we will all be dead. (x2) Food is no joke. Food is no joke, but it won't exist if we persist. (x2) I guess we'd rather die than try to survive. (x2) You crash, you burn, you live, you learn, you run, you squirm, and yet.... I'm not like this, I'm not like this, I'm not like them, and I'm not like this!

B: Remade 01:42
[This song is about a glorious revolution and reshaping of society.] I want to be made. I want to be made again. Abrade this rock. Exile these woods. Blame who created it. Rewrite these books. Memories don’t change. That’s the shame in the brain Remapping won’t happen unless you're insane. We want it done right. Realize the vision. Saturday fun with Tuesday precision. We’ve planted the seeds, sowed the whole garden. We’ve done the mapping. But when it happens I know it will be fantastic. Our buddies be blooming again. (x3) Got to wake up the city and tell them we know. (x3)
9.
[This song is about losing a friend you don't want to lose.] I know you don’t like to talk. Maybe we can just take the dog for a walk around the block? I don't want you to leave the circle. (x2) (x2)
10.
[This song is about being a loser but becoming cooler as you grow up.] I would follow the thread of your sweater forever, and each day get a little bit older. And I know that the walking is long, but, hey, can you play us that song? Can you play us that song? There was a time before I knew you when I was all undone, uncool. There was time before I knew you when I was all unkempt, unschooled. There was a time before I knew you; there was a time before. Who needs that time anymore? Those days were such a bore. And the songs we sang just clang, clang, clang.
11.
At last, we crashed, a human mass. I landed in your chest. That's where we died. Petite mori, just you and she. Turn my way, some unknown day. I'll try. The secret is you're passionate for everyone. Yeah, everyone's all right. But it's the wild eyes caught on your belt buckle. I'm only telling you what you already know. One warm sweater hug, filled with your good nature. You know as well as I do: everybody sucks. So we can face value, or we can get real. You know as well as I do: we’ll get away with it. You must admit, in retrospect, the whole idea doesn't sound half bad, and, if we could go back again, we might as well just mess around a bit.

B: Devils 01:50
[This song is about two people sunbathing on a beach and then turning into red devils.] Sunglasses staring at the bay. (mud on a green bud) Before I get carried away, I breathe into the wind: high cliff. All my wings turn to wax. See you sunning in the sun. Relax, you bum. But it's a fine kind of time washed up on the waves. But it's a fine kind of time washed up on you. Pooches, swinging couples, and you. A barstool and a shot of vermouth. SPF did not do the trick, and there's a scratch that you need to itch. Such a nice color on you. I wish you would stay. Say, is there ice in that box? I'm feeling off-brand.
